The table is made for you, and gone by spring.

Your host collects you before noon. A short snowmobile ride takes you off the road and onto the snowfield, where walls of snow keep the wind off, furs cover the benches and the champagne is already cold.

Lunch comes from the kitchen of The Flats., our restaurant in Niseko. Stay until three, then we take you back to the village for après-ski.

Your day
  1. Snowmobile to the table
  2. Back to the village, après-ski at The Flats.
